Dear UCLA Health System Colleague,

The Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) requires that UCLA train all members of its workforce about the University’s HIPAA Policies and specific procedures required by HIPAA Policies that may affect your work. This requirement covers everyone within the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA (DGSOM), any UCLA hospital and Faculty Practice Group.

Compliance for this program must be at 100% at all times.  Progress is measured and reported on-going.  Anyone who does not comply with this new requirement will be identified in the reports.   If you have any questions or concerns please send us an email at HIPAAQuiz@mednet.ucla.edu.
